1You pick a shop and a time, and tell us what the car is doing.
2We inspect it and send you photos and video on your phone. Nothing gets fixed until you approve it.

Before you start, have this ready
1Photos of the damage, four to eight, from a few feet back and up close.
2Your insurance carrier, if you are going through insurance.
3Your claim number, if you already have one. It is fine if you do not.
