We always recommend making an appointment. While we do our best to accommodate every situation, we prioritize vehicles with appointments in an effort to be fair and efficient for customers. So, the best practice is to give our team a call or schedule in advance!
When can I drop my vehicle off?
We have a 24/7 hour drop-box at the front of our building where your keys and information will be safely stored. You may also have your vehicle towed to our location at anytime and we will handle the rest!
What body services do you offer?
Our repair professionals are capable of guiding you through all aspects of the accident, collision or general vehicle damage repair process. We offer free estimates and will work with all insurance companies to provide body repair, auto body painting, paintless dent repair and more!
Do I need to make an appointment for a body estimate?
No, Gateway Auto offers free walk-in estimates for collision and body damage. Stop by our shop and one of our body experts will be happy to take a look at your vehicle and provide an accurate, competitively priced estimate.
