Took my car in for a slow leak in a tire. They got it fixed super fast, washed my dirty car and had her ready for me before lunch time! Super friendly, priced so reasonably, I love this place!

Can’t recommend Gateway Auto enough. Super knowledgeable technicians. Fixed my AC concern I was having that other shops weren’t able to correctly diagnose. Service advisor did an excellent job about calling and keeping me in the loop about repair times. Overall great experience would recommend to everyone!

I love this establishment they are always upfront with you. They really know their cars. I had a cracked thermostat with leaking hose. That was my concern too and it was addressed with promptness. I will refer anyone to this establishment for their services. Great customer service and always ask the repairs are working out. If there is any issues they are there to help. So far so good. I'm thankful I was recommended to go to Gateway Auto - Service Center. They correctly diagnosed the broken air compressor on my vehicle. That was what caused the issue of my car failing to start. The previous mechanic I spoke with misdiagnosed my car and led me to believe that I needed to replace the engine. It turned out that was not necessary. I thank Gateway for saving me thousands of dollars and huge amount of time.

Prompt and clean service. Had my car towed here at midnight after my starter failed, and it was fixed the same day. They even went to pick up the new starter so we didn't have to wait for a delivery.

Gateway Auto they rebuilt my engine on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler they did a fantastic job. Jeep runs better than ever no problems. They even worked with my extended warranty people to try to get me where I wouldn't have to pay for it.

Gateway is great to work. Their European specialist knows his stuff! I highly recommend. Loaner car is a nice touch and much appreciated.

Every staff member I interacted with (both on the phone and in person) was friendly, not pushy, and made me feel like my business mattered even if it was just for a simple oil change. The price of the oil change was very reasonable and they even washed my car. We will definitely be back for our future auto service needs.

I took my car in thinking I needed no suspension work in the rear end of my car. I was all prepared to pay what I thought would be a hefty price. They called me and told me my suspension was good and they did not recommend me doing anything and only charged me for the time it took them to inspect. How honest is that! I know that I can trust these guys to tell me the truth about my car and not make me pay for something I do not need. I totally recommend this place for your car repairs.

Helped me out on a 1 degree day getting me tires after a blowout. Even gave me a ride home. Great people- explained everything to me, they’ve earned all my auto business now. Thanks guys.

I chose this shop by chance and felt as if I hit the lottery! I brought my car in for an estimate and decided to approve this shop to do the repairs. My car has never looked so good! I got it back sooner than expected and it looked better than when I bought the car in 2016. Most definitely the best experience with an automobile repair company.

Gateway Auto Service Center is the only place I've taken my car since I bought it. They always get my car done quickly and not too expensive. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of like happens at some other places. My husband has also started bringing his car here. 10/10 would highly recommend!!

My vehicle had hail damage. Dropped it off on a Wednesday and was told it should be ready by Monday. They called me the next day saying the vehicle was ready. We picked it up and the car looked brand new. And was clean inside and out. Gateway worked with the insurance company and made everything easy and fast. Great experience!

I went in to get my A/C serviced since it was blowing warm air. It took another day to finish the job, because some additional leaking in the refrigerant lines had been found, but they did not double-charge me for the extra A/C recharge.

I was traveling from out of town and staying with a friend in Omaha, when my car started making a rattling noise. Gateway Auto fit me in to their service schedule right away and made a timely diagnosis. Their service was fast and very straightforward, no additional attempts to make extra sales. I highly highly recommend coming here for any auto needs! If I lived locally I would be a regular!

Everyone I’ve had conversations with at Gateway Auto has been truly great. I live about 120 miles away from their shop. Sadly, no one else is willing to work on my car. It’s unique European car. Thankfully Gateway is always willing to do what I need. I have taken it there several times and will continue to do so.

We drove here from Colorado and my Hummer's steering stopped working about 5 hours from our destination. As soon as we got to Omaha I looked up a shop that could help me get it working again. Turns out I chose the perfect shop for the job. My steering is working perfectly now and everything they did was top notch. Thanks so much for putting my Hummer back to drivable. I couldn't be happier ☺️. 5 out of 5 stars! I highly recommend them 👌🏼.

Absolutely love Gateway Auto. Wish I'd found them sooner! Kept having to bounce around Omaha to find a repair shop that did quality work and also didn't overprice constantly. Gateway Auto has been respectful, charged a fair value every time, and while they do include a free check of my car and offer suggestions, I've never once felt pressure to do anything extra. I've been to both locations and have had nothing but good experiences. I have recommended them multiple times and will continue to do so while they keep providing service at this fantastic level.

Dropped off over lunch for a tire repair and was able to bring the car home that afternoon. This is maybe the 4th or 5th time I've brought my car here and they've been great to work with every time. No BS and I've never felt like I'm getting price gouged like some shops do.

A/C went out in this heat. Reasonable prices, good advice, don’t upsell you and get the job done. Routine or emergency maintenance, this is the place to go.

I’ve been into Gateway Auto Services a couple times for several mechanical automotive issues on my 2017 Renegade. This round it was front brakes, an oil gasket replacement & scheduled front hood latch replacement. I scheduled on a day that worked for me and dropped it off the evening before, left my keys in the dropbox which is always convenient! The next day, my repairs were done on time as promised. Gateway was even able to repair the hood latch without having to replace it which saved me a lot of money! I was very appreciative! I’ve recently moved out of the area where Gateway Auto is located, but I’m still going to figure out a way to return La Vista when I need automotive repairs.

I want to share how kind and professional Gateway Auto is. They helped me to understand the diagnosis of my truck. I never felt as if they were trying to just make money. I feel they truly cared and made it very convenient. They did not do extra work that was not needed. I loved all the communication. It was my first time here and it was a great experience! I would highly recommend you call them for any auto needs first! They really know how to treat customers, they even followed up with me a few days later to make sure all was still good. Great work! Great experience with Gateway Auto. Making an appointment was easy and fast. Their quote was reasonable compared to my dealership. Once they had my car, I thought I just needed shocks, they did a great job with their assessment, not only did they send pictures they called to explain everything and send a new quote. The work ran into the next day, Gateway Auto was able to supply a loaner which was very convenient for me (my dealership rarely will do this). I was impressed with the overall customer service and my car is getting around great. I intend to continue taking my car there even for oil changes.

Very organized and speedy service. Was done in two days so we could get the car back! Body work looks great and car was left cleaner than when we took it in! Very pleased!

I’ve used Gateway for both body work and maintenance. They’ve always been great to deal with! They repaired damage for under $400 when another shop quoted me $1,300. They kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and offer fast and friendly service!

We are not used to having anyone but my husband work on our cars, however, we needed a diagnosis of a problem we couldn't figure out. The staff was so kind, honest, and respectful that we decided they would do an amazing job, which they did. They were fast and friendly and answered all my questions. The waiting area was super clean and everyone I encountered was awesome!

I have been taking my vehicle to Gateway for several years now, and have been very very satisfied with the results. Whether it was just for a routine oil change or for more complicated things like my last visit. Not only on my last visit. Did they fix it to my satisfaction but they fixed it a day or two earlier than was planned. I had to leave my car two days before my appointment and they were able to fix it before my appointment. That’s really wonderful service. So I will give them five stars. The staff is not only very knowledgeable, but very courteous and helpful.

I have never had a more positive experience with a shop in my entire life! I was spoken to in a respectful manner, and they answered all of my questions. They were very transparent with the issues the car was having and how much it would cost to fix. The online portal was amazing and I loved getting to view the issues in such detail before committing! They kept me updated with what was happening on my car and what to expect time wise! The loaner car was a life saver and allowed me to still go to work while my car was being serviced! I will not be going anywhere else for my car care! Gateway Auto has my entire heart! Thanks guys!
